Positive: Location was perfect. The house was clean and set up in such a way that we fell like home.
Negative: During our stay, unit A I believe had 3 different tenants above us the last ones were moving around a lot and we did feel a lot of commotion as we were right under unit A.
Summary: Overall it was a great experience. Again location was a plus, just a few blocks to the beach.

Positive: Soleil House has a great location, is just a quick walk to the beach. It was quiet and comfortable with ample toiletries, towels and cooking utensils. It was really clean and even provided tea, coffee and laundry soap.
Negative: It has some delayed maintenance issues like a broken window in the dining area presenting a safety hazard. We chose this place because of the gas grill only to find that there was no gas in the cylinder.
